Bodyweight EMOM workouts are great for conditioning, but also great when you are short on time. This morning I had bodyweight EMOM workout, 5 minutes of work for 5 rounds, total 25 minutes active work. I spent couple of minutes for warm up and cool down.
EMOM workout – short for every minute on the minute. It’s a form of interval training. The challenge is to complete a predetermined number of repetitions (reps) of a particular exercise within 1 minutes. Whatever time is left in that minute you use to rest before moving on to the next set.

minute 1 – 15 air squats, 15 squat jumps
minute 2 – 10 burpees
minute 3 – 20 walking lunge
minute 4 – 10 push ups, 20 mountain climber (total)
minute 5 – 10 side plank hip dip (each side).
