In the past week, my culinary journey revolved around a series of gluten-free dishes that complemented my routine. Therefore, here’s a glimpse into some of my flavorful and health-conscious meals.

Meal 1: Homemade Lasagna & Protein Pancakes

I kicked off the week with a homemade gluten-free lasagna that was a perfect blend of comfort and nutrition. Layers of minced meat, tomato sauce, grated cheese, and almond sour cream made this lasagna a flavorful treat. Also, accompanying it with protein pancakes added an extra punch of protein to power through the day.

Meal 2: Meat & Green Beans with Protein Gluten Free Pancakes

Continuing the gluten-free journey, I relished a wholesome meal of tender meat paired with crisp green beans, accompanied by those trusty protein pancakes again. The combination offered a balanced mix of proteins and veggies, keeping me fueled for my active routine.

Meal 3: Gluten Free muffin, Omelet & Smoked Turkey Breast

Meal 4: Chocolate Banana Protein Bread Dessert

For a sweet yet healthy indulgence, I prepared a luscious chocolate banana protein bread. In general, It served as a guilt-free dessert option, combining the goodness of bananas and the richness of chocolate with the benefits of protein.

Satisfying my sweet tooth without compromising on my health goals was indeed a win-win!

  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • ½ cup of gluten free flour (I used millet flour)
  • 1/3 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup of pea protein powder (unflavored)
  • Baking powder
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 2 bananans
  • 1 cup of milk (I used oat milk)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tabelspoons of oil
  • 2-3 square of chocolate

Preheat oven on 200 C. Mix bananas with eggs, milk, oil. In other bowl mix all dry ingredients – flour, protein and cacao powder, baking powder and sugar. Mix wet and dry ingredients, put chopped chocolate on the top and bake for the 35 min. Enjoy the moist chocolate banana bread.

Each of these meals played a vital role in supporting my gluten-free, healthy lifestyle. As someone engaged in an active routine, it’s crucial to prioritize nutrition without sacrificing taste and satisfaction.
