Ready to kick your core into high gear without a single piece of equipment? Say hello to this killer core – cardio superset routine that not only targets your abs but also gives your entire body a serious burn.
Let’s get that heart pumping and those muscles working! For the end of the weekend I chose some sweaty total body workouts. This time, core strength exercises followed with short cardio intervals.
3 rounds for every superset, short breaks and you will be done before you even realize.
- hip bridge march followed with plank jacks with shoulder taps
- alternate V ups followed with jumping lunge
- side plank crunch followed with squat jacks
- hollow hold flutter kicks followed with skaters
- reverse crunch followed with high knees
- reverse plank with knee tuck followed with burpees
20 reps for core strength exercises and 20 sec for cardio exercises.
Don’t forget to drink a lot of water.
