Core-Centric, Equipment-Free Cardio Superset Workout

Hey fitfam!

Ready to kick your core into high gear without a single piece of equipment? Say hello to this killer core – cardio superset routine that not only targets your abs but also gives your entire body a serious burn.

Let’s get that heart pumping and those muscles working! For the end of the weekend I chose some sweaty total body workouts. This time, core strength exercises followed with short cardio intervals.

3 rounds for every superset, short breaks and you will be done before you even realize.

  1. hip bridge march followed with plank jacks with shoulder taps
  2. alternate V ups followed with jumping lunge
  3. side plank crunch followed with squat jacks
  4. hollow hold flutter kicks followed with skaters
  5. reverse crunch followed with high knees
  6. reverse plank with knee tuck followed with burpees

20 reps for core strength exercises and 20 sec for cardio exercises.

Don’t forget to drink a lot of water.
