Hello and welcome again,
A lot of people wants to start their fitness journey but they are not sure where to start.
Being a beginner can be very intimidated, specially if you are scrolling through all the fitness posts on social media. But the truth is that everyone starts somewhere.
Working out has great benefits for your overall health – maintain a healthy body weight and muscle mass, boost mental health, reduce risk of chronic diseases. Considering all of that, working out can improve your life, so making decision to start fitness journey is a big step.
First of all, define your ‘WHY’.
To stay motivated and keep going, it’s important to know why you are doing that, why you taking that fitness journey. It can be to keep up with your kids or to feel strong, but whatever it is, it should be important enough to push you forward.
Finding your own plan and pace is something that takes time, but it’s worth it. Seeing first results of the effort is going to motivate you even more.
In the beginning, buying a fancy, cute GEAR can be also motivated. To be honest, not just in the beginning. I find it motivated even now, 3 decades later. Lately, I’m obsessed with my new gear from https://meryandi.shop/. Just one look on my new gear make my most unmotivated days much easier. You can use 60% discount MYFITCORNER.
Some people finds motivation in learning NEW SKILLS. Exploring different styles of workouts, learning the basics in one you like can also be motivated. But try to avoid ‘too much, too soon’.
So, for the total beginners I usually recommend workouts that include basic movements only bodyweight and low impact.
