Hello and welcome again,
As summer comes all we think about is vacation that includes beach, sun and cocktails.
Lying on the beach and sun for 10 days is something that a lot of people dream of for whole year. Specially those who lives in norther part of the world.
Swimming, more like floating in the see and walking to the beach and back is mostly everything most people dream off.
But this is a post about fitness and active lifestyle so guess what?
I’m going to write about working out on vacation
First of all, there is no losing gains in 10 days and don’t be afraid of taking a break of your regular routine. Some experts agree that taking a total break from exercising can have physiological benefits for overall health.
On the other hand, if you’ve been exercising sporadically and struggling to get into a routine, a break may disrupt your rhythm. In that case, working some movement into your vacation may be beneficial for creating healthy habits.
Also, getting away from the usual workout routine is good for the body. By freeing yourself from your routine, you open your mind to new ways to move your body, have fun and keep your body fit while you’re on vacation.
Light swimming, beach volleyball, surfing, leisurely bike rides, yoga on the beach are all fun stuffs to do.

For me personally, yoga on the beach was funniest part. I tried it for the first time and really enjoyed it.
It was part of my workout routine while on vacation. Usually, workout routine for 7 days’ vacation contains 3 total body strength sessions. Nothing complicated or heavy just keeping my routine on.
My entire workout routine you can find here https://my-fit-corner.com/total-body-workouts-free-sample-full-week/
Working out on vacation or not is something you need to decide. I enjoy in all of my workouts and don’t see them as obligation. Despite experts’ opinion I do what I feel to do at the moment and I don’t regret for working out or skipping.
The most relevant thing is to enjoy, take needed rest and spend time with your beloving ones.
Stay healthy and happy,
